Abacus provides patient and attentive therapy to children who need a supportive adult to help guide them through their challenges and reach their full potential.<p><br></p>We believe we have made a big impact on the families we serve in a unique way, and we want to continue reaching more families throughout different states in the US (Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, etc.)<p><br></p>We are looking for a kind, outgoing new team member that will help us develop key relationships throughout the country.<p><br></p><strong>The Role</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Your Responsibilities Will Include</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Generating significant streams of referrals for our autism-related services.</li><li>Cultivating relationships with local schools and autism-related service providers for the purpose of both developing new opportunities and educating the community.</li><li>Setting up webinars in coordination with other organizations to attract a captive audience.</li><li>Setting up trainings at local schools to educate teachers about autism-related topics.</li><li>Reaching out to autism-related doctors offices daily to cultivate relationships and to set up educational opportunities.</li><li>Developing relationships with other autism-related providers daily through networking and value-added services.</li><li>Making calls daily to develop relationships with all providers related to the autism community.</li><li>Collaborating with online marketing team with your input on social media and other activities.</li><li>Coordinating preparation of appropriate marketing materials (with designers, printers, etc.).</li><li>Setting up and coordinate networking/educational events for autism-related providers.</li><li>Identifying new opportunities for growth and relationships that will foster growth.</li><li>Daily and Weekly reporting of activities and opportunities.</li><li>Being an important voice of our brand and philosophy at all times in the community.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Ideal Profile</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially listening</li><li>You have advanced understanding of marketing, especially online marketing</li><li>You are highly proficient in using computers and web applications in general</li><li>You have high level of intuition and great ability to build rapport and connect with people</li><li>You are results-driven, goal-oriented</li><li>You have passion being part of an organization that helps others in need, especially those with autism</li><li>Ideally, you have some sort of experience in the medical and/or autism-related fields</li><li>You have experience maintaining a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track all opportunities</li><li>You are independently motivated, but definitely a team player</li><li>Spanish language is a bonus to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What's on Offer?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Fantastic work culture</li><li>Opportunity to make a positive impact</li></ul>
